Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kibersport va jismoniy madaniyat o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik hamda ularning integratsiyasi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy raqamli jamiyat sharoitida kibersport nafaqat ko‘ngilochar faoliyat, balki yangi sport turi sifatida shakllanib, yoshlar hayotida muhim o‘rin egallamoqda. Tadqiqotda kibersportning virtual muhitdagi o‘rni, uning jismoniy faollikka ta’siri, psixofiziologik xususiyatlari hamda sport faoliyatiga integratsiyalashuv imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, kibersport orqali diqqat, tezkor fikrlash, koordinatsiya va reflekslarni rivojlantirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada jismoniy madaniyat tizimida kibersportdan
samarali foydalanish yo‘llari ham asoslab berilgan.
