Mazkur ilmiy maqolada barqaror taraqqiyot sharoitida ijtimoiy sadoqat va fuqarolik mas’uliyatining o‘zaro dialektik bog‘liqligi falsafiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy jamiyatda globallashuv, ijtimoiy transformatsiyalar va axborot makonining kengayishi sharoitida
fuqarolarning jamiyatga bo‘lgan sadoqati hamda mas’uliyat hissi yangi mazmun kasb etmoqda. Tadqiqotda ijtimoiy sadoqatning axloqiy va ijtimoiy mohiyati, fuqarolik mas’uliyatining shakllanish omillari hamda ularning o‘zaro ta’siri ochib beriladi. Ushbu ikki tushuncha o‘rtasidagi uyg‘unlik jamiyat barqarorligini ta’minlovchi muhim omil ekani asoslanadi. Dialektik yondashuv orqali sadoqat
va mas’uliyat o‘rtasidagi qarama-qarshiliklar hamda ularning yechimlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada ta’lim va tarbiya jarayonida fuqarolik ongini rivojlantirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ijtimoiy sadoqat va fuqarolik mas’uliyati barqaror taraqqiyotning muhim sharti ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
