Abstract

This article discusses the modern requirements for teacher activity, the specific pedagogical and psychological characteristics of the process of preparing future teachers for innovative professional activity.          It also outlines the priority issues of basing an innovative approach on the psychological, technological, methodological and creative readiness of teachers to organize the educational process.
